Princess Cruises has updated its Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages for voyages sailing in 2026, adding extra casual dining options and “generous” shore excursion credits. Simultaneously, the line is upping the pre-cruise price of both packages from $60 per person/per day for Princess Plus to $60, and from $90 per person/per day for Princess Premier to $100.

Specifically on Sphere Class ships, the pre-cruise pricing will be $70 per person/per day for Princess Plus and $105 per person/per day for Princess Premier.

The new packages go on sale July 22, 2025 for voyages sailing in 2026 and beyond.

As part of the changes, several benefits have been removed from both packages including: premium desserts, juice bar access, free Medallion shipping, fitness classes, and Princess door prizes. According to Princess, these were under-utilized benefits and their removal is based on direct guest input.

“By thoughtfully evolving our packages, we’re ensuring they reflect what our guests truly desire, more flexibility, enhanced culinary experiences, and opportunities to explore ashore, all the while retaining the exceptional benefits they’ve come to expect,” said Alfredo Jimenez, Princess Cruises vice president, onboard revenue. “Ultimately, it’s about delivering an even more rewarding and personalized vacation experience.”

In addition to the removal of the already-mentioned benefits, these are the main changes to each of the packages.

Princess Plus: The new package features two more casual dining meals per voyage, for a total of four. Unchanged is the Plus Beverage Package, single device Wi-Fi, fees waived for OceanNow and room service delivery, and daily gratuities.

Princess Premier: The new package adds a shore excursion credit, the amount of which varies by voyage length: $100 for six to nine days, $200 for 10 to 20 days, and $300 for 21 or more days. Still included are an unlimited Premier Beverage Package, unlimited casual and specialty dining, four device Wi-Fi, fees waived for OceanNow and room service delivery, unlimited digital professional photos, reserved seating for theater shows, and daily gratuities.
