Cunard Partners with Two Michelin-Starred Chef

Cunard has partnered with two Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux, to help create an exclusive gala menu for the Queens Grill Restaurant onboard Queen Anne, as well as a new menu for the line’s fleet-wide pub, the Golden Lion.

At the same time, the line unveiled four additional dining experiences that will be onboard Queen Anne.

“We’re excited to share a flavor of what will be served onboard Queen Anne in 2024,” said Matt Gleaves, vice president, commercial for Cunard North America. “Cunard is renowned for high quality dining options, and we’re delighted to be working with the very best chefs, at the top of their different culinary fields, to offer such a wide range of dining options to our guests. From embracing the best of Japan in our new sushi and sake bar to dining alfresco in Tramonto, or enjoying a pub meal in the Golden Lion, there really will be something for everyone.”

New dining venues
Three of the four original venues onboard Queen Anne will be alternative dining options, available for an extra fee.

The only included restaurant of the four will be Tramonto, designed to “transport guests to the sun-kissed shores of the Mediterranean” via a menu of light dishes in an alfresco setting.

At Aji Wa, cruisers will find Japanese cuisine influenced by the seasons of the year, featuring sushi and an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner, with an additional option to participate in a special Omikase “chef’s choice” tasting menu in the evening.

Cruisers who love Indian food will enjoy Aranya and its menu of rich flavors, as well as the view from the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows.

The epitome of a high-end steakhouse, Sir Samuels will showcase the very best of British and Australian beef and seafood.

The new pub menu at Golden Lion will feature a selection of guest favorites, as reimagined by Chef Michel. It will launch onboard Queen Anne in May 2024, before being rolled out to the rest of the fleet.
