Disney Cruise Line is upping its gratuity by as much as just under 16% starting this week.

Guests staying in most staterooms will now pay $16, up just over 10% from $14.50, per person, per day. However, guests staying in Concierge staterooms and suites will see their recommended gratuity go up just under 16%, from $23.50 to $27.25 per person, per night.

The gratuities apply to all passengers, including children and infants.

Gratuities cover services from dining room servers and assistant servers, along with stateroom attendants. The higher service fee for Concierge-level rooms also covers the assistant stateroom attendant, as well as the Concierge Lounge team.

The increase goes into effect for all departures beginning January 23, 2025, or later.

Guests who pre-paid their gratuities for any upcoming sailing at the lower price will not be charged the difference.
