Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Appoints New SVP, Sales
He will oversee all facets of the company’s sales operations, including trade sales, meetings, and incentive sales.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has promoted Kristian C. Anderson to senior vice president of global sales. In his expanded role, he will oversee all facets of the company’s sales operations, including global reservations, trade sales, meetings and incentive sales, air and hotel programs, and special services. He joined the company in 2021.
The cruise line has also added two additional team members to its trade sales team. Stephanie Seghers-Narvaez has been appointed manager of strategic accounts for the Western USA and Canada and is based in L.A. Joan Brullet Gubern has been appointed director of trade industry sales, EMEA and is based in Barcelona.
Also promoted is Tobias King, who has been appointed vice president of newbuilds. He has been instrumental in leading the team at Chantiers de l’Atlantique for the upcoming superyachts Ilma and Luminara, slated to sail in 2024 and 2025, respectively.
