The popularity of cruising the warm waters of French Polynesia continues to grow. In response to the increasing demand, Silversea Cruises will sail its first-ever full summer season in the region in 2026 with 17 voyages onboard the Silver Whisper.

“Silversea’s rapid increase in capacity has opened opportunities for even deeper immersion into the world’s most enriching regions, such as French Polynesia,” said Conrad Combrink, Silversea’s senior vice president of expeditions, destination, and itinerary management. “There is no better way to experience these idyllic islands and atolls than by ship…”

Silver Whisper, which will homeport out of Papeete, Tahiti, during its season in French Polynesia, will rotate between two itineraries from April through September 2026. The itineraries will offer a deep immersion into 11 destinations across three of the region’s five archipelagos. Travelers can choose from seven-day all Society Islands itinerary or a 14-day Society, Tuamotu, and Marquesas Islands itinerary.

Bookings are now open for the sailings via an exclusive pre-sale.
