Earlier this year, Windstar Cruises launched a podcast designed to give prospective and past guests, travel advisors, and anyone else interested, a closer look the brand. Hosted by Windstar’s chief commercial officer Janet Bava, the podcast provides a closer look at the cruise line’s behind-the-scenes activities, as well as entertaining and educational interviews with special guests from across the industry.
In the most recent episode of the podcast, Bava and Windstar president Christopher Prelog turn the table on TMR’s senior editor Dori Salzman to talk about why cruising is a great vacation option, why travel advisors will always be better than artificial intelligence, and what makes Windstar different.
Additional episodes have included Windstar’s vice president of sales, Dianna Rom; chief operations officer Stijn Creupelandt on Windstar’s past, present, and future; Anne and Jerry Arnold, long time Yacht Club members; and director of destination experiences and itinerary planning Jess Peterson on the line’s year-round itineraries in Europe and Tahiti.
“We’re thrilled to connect with our guests in a new and engaging way through ‘Winds of Change,'” Bava, said. “From sharing behind-the-scenes stories to diving into the details of how we create our extraordinary voyages, this podcast is a must-listen for anyone passionate about travel.”
“Winds of Change” can be found on YouTube and all major podcast platforms.
