The Robb Report’s July summer issue won’t disappoint. The publication received an exclusive invitation to tour the new La Mansión del Señor Warner at Mexico’s Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a 22,500-square-foot villa on Mexico’s Baja California peninsula.

The villa is the follow-up to Ty Warner’s nine-room penthouse suite at the Four Seasons Hotel New York. Robb Report editorial director Bruce Wallin was among the first to see La Mansion, which features a 328-foot-long, 136,000-gallon private wraparound infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

Robb Report‘s travel editors also cover the new Zemi Beach House Resort & Spa, Anguilla, a lovers’ hideaway overlooking Puerto Vallarta, and the Land Rover Experience Driving School’s course along the back roads of the Biltmore Estate.
