Ireland has partnered with Tourism Cares on a Meaningful Travel Map.
Tourism Ireland has partnered with Tourism Cares to unveil its new Meaningful Travel Map of Ireland — a digital tool connecting the travel trade and visitors with authentic, community-led experiences that prioritize sustainability and cultural connection on the island of Ireland.
The Tourism Cares Meaningful Travel Map consists of more than 30 member destinations and over 400 local impact organizations from around the world.
This launch coincides with Tourism Ireland’s new national slow tourism campaign, ‘Ireland Unrushed,’ which invites travellers to take their time, explore deeper, and build more meaningful connections with people and place — all while treading lightly on the environment.
Rooted in the island’s legendary Warm Irish Welcome, this initiative highlights the generosity, friendliness, and community spirit that define Ireland, offering visitors the chance to go beyond the surface and experience the heart of the island.

The Meaningful Travel Map of Ireland features more than 30 organizations across the island that are making social and environmental impacts. You can check out several of these partners below and click here to view the full map.
