Ensemble has appointed Kateryna Havrylova as its first director of destinations and tourism boards, a newly created position aimed at strengthening relationships with destination marketing organizations and tourism boards and expanding educational and business opportunities for its members.
Havrylova will assume the role on July 6 and oversee Ensemble’s strategy for the destination sector. She will work with tourism boards and destination partners to develop advisor training programs, marketing initiatives, member events, and immersive experiences.
The new position reflects the consortium’s ongoing investment in its global partner network and its efforts to strengthen collaboration with destinations experiencing growing traveler demand.
Havrylova joins Ensemble from Collette, where she most recently served as partnerships marketing manager. Before that, she held partnership, sales, and marketing roles with Abercrombie & Kent, The Travel Corporation, Insight Vacations, and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. In her new role, Havrylova will focus on expanding collaboration between Ensemble, tourism boards, and destination partners while supporting advisors through destination education and engagement initiatives.
“I am excited to join Ensemble at such a dynamic time in the organization’s growth,” Havrylova said. “Destinations are at the heart of every travel experience, and I look forward to working with our tourism board partners to create meaningful opportunities that help members expand their knowledge, build stronger destination connections and deliver even greater value to their clients.”
The appointment further expands Ensemble’s Partner Relations team as the organization continues to grow its network of supplier and destination partners.
