Evoke | Inspire Launches With No Change Fees and 4-Day Cancellation Window
The new platform is built around custom itineraries and more flexible booking policies than typically offered.

Evoke | Inspire officially launched today, introducing a new B2B travel brand built around custom itineraries—and a set of booking policies that remove several of the usual constraints on high-end trips.
From day one, the brand plans to offer no change fees on all bookings and no cancellation fees for trips within the continental United States and Canada. For international itineraries, cancellations are permitted up to four days before departure without penalty, a much shorter window than is typically seen on complex, multi-component bookings.
The product itself is structured around tailor-made itineraries that combine multiple elements, like luxury hotels, villas, private jet options, and yacht charters, into a single trip. The focus is on building itineraries that blend city and regional experiences, rather than on standalone stays.
Operationally, Evoke | Inspire is launching with U.S.-based reservation support, concierge service, and 24/7 coverage, along with a set of planning tools designed to support more customized bookings. These include guest profiling forms and upgraded itinerary documentation, intended to streamline personalization and trip design.
“Travel has the power to transform how we see the world and ourselves,” said James Kareka, vice president and managing director for trade brands. “With Evoke | Inspire, we are introducing a brand that celebrates that philosophy while strengthening our partnership with travel advisors who guide travelers toward extraordinary experiences.”
The brand’s inventory includes a mix of 4.5- and five-star hotels, as well as private accommodations and transport options. While specific destinations were not outlined at launch, the positioning centers on trips that combine cultural experiences with time across both urban and surrounding regional settings.
To mark the rollout, Evoke | Inspire is offering a $300 future travel credit on qualifying air-inclusive bookings made between April 1 and May 31, tied to itineraries of at least seven nights.
