Signature Travel Network opens its 2025 Annual Conference today, Nov. 10, at The Venetian, a familiar stage for the member-owned cooperative—and a final one. After nearly two decades in Las Vegas, the event will shift to Orlando beginning in 2026, marking a new chapter for a network that’s grown significantly in size, partnerships, and ambitions.

More than 2,500 attendees are expected this year, with first-time participants making up more than 20% of the group. Signature has been expanding its agency membership and supplier roster at a steady clip, and 43 new preferred partners are debuting at this year’s event. For many, the conference doubles as both an annual reset and the moment when early 2026 priorities start to crystallize.

The theme—Evolve—reflects the organization’s push to modernize its tools and marketing engine. New upgrades include RFID-based event tracking to streamline session flow and the expansion of the Travel Elevates Tradeshow Lounge, the onsite hub for Signature’s impact-driven foundation. Media-led roundtables are also on the agenda for the first time, designed to foster clearer conversations about luxury travel trends and where demand is building.

President Karryn Christopher frames the conference as part celebration, part preparation. As she notes, the gathering creates space for members to “make new connections, exchange thoughts and ideas… and learn from preferred partners about what’s on the horizon for travel,” with an eye on the early-year booking surge many expect in 2026.

Ryan Leak, the New York Times bestselling author, will deliver the keynote, with a session centered on resilience and reinvention—themes that align neatly with both industry sentiment and Signature’s plans for the year ahead.
