Travel Planners International is stepping further into the high-end arena with a standalone luxury division set to debut in early 2026. Called Luxe House, the new program will initially accept up to 50 members, with applications opening on November 17. While the broader host agency landscape has seen a steady influx of high-earning travel entrepreneurs, very few have carved out fully resourced, invitation-style luxury collectives at this scale.

The initiative follows a rising tide of luxury demand heading into 2026, as premium suppliers sharpen brand definitions and travelers continue to opt for personalization, access, and complex itineraries. TPI plans to concentrate its most luxury-driven talent into a focused hub and build dedicated support, programming, and partnerships around them.

Heading up the new division is Bre Cash, who recently returned to TPI to build Luxe House from the ground up. Year one will cap participation and determine membership based on a mix of luxury sales volume and the percentage of luxury business. It’s intended to be a vetted group that expands over time while maintaining exclusivity.

“We have many advisors creating incredible, elevated trips and experiences for their customers and we want to reward that excellence and help them create more connections; cultivate new relationships with other like-minded advisors, partners and customers; and build a community of advisors who focus on this niche group,” Cash said.

Programming will include curated education tracks, supplier access, co-op marketing opportunities, and destination-focused immersions. Rather than slotting luxury sellers into broad training calendars, the model here concentrates experience and resources. It’s less about scale and more about nurturing a concentrated cohort doing sophisticated, high-margin work.

Jenn Lee, president and CMO of TPI, framed the new division as both a competitive advantage and a statement of intent: “We see this as an opportunity for those solely focused on luxury travel who are looking to partner with a host agency. Luxe House is where advisors are empowered to flourish, clients are inspired, and where we shape the future of luxury travel, together,” she explained. “Luxe House equips advisors with access and insight to lead in a competitive market. Our commitment to growth ensures every advisor has the tools to thrive and to continually redefine what’s possible in luxury travel.”

Applications are open through the end of November, with the inaugural group announced in January. The program goes live shortly after, in early 2026.
