Ensemble has introduced Fastrack, a structured learning and mentorship program designed to support aspiring travel agency owners from launch through long-term business development. The program, which debuted this week, is positioned as an on-ramp for entrepreneurs entering the travel sector, either as new Ensemble members or, for those not yet ready to start an agency, through placement with a host agency within Ensemble’s network.

A recent LinkedIn survey ranked travel advisor as the fifth-fastest-growing career, and Ensemble says its own network reflects that momentum, with a growing share of newly formed agencies and strong early-stage performance among newer members. Fastrack is meant to address what Ensemble describes as a long-standing industry challenge: helping agency owners move beyond enthusiasm and into sustainable operations with clear structure and accountability.

“This is an incredibly attractive and rewarding industry, but it has traditionally not been easy for agency owners to build and sustain profitability,” said Michael Johnson, president of Ensemble. “Ensemble’s entire focus is on helping our members grow stronger, more profitable businesses, and Fastrack is a natural extension of that commitment. It provides new agency owners with the guidance, structure, and accountability they need to build a solid foundation for long-term success.”

Fastrack is offered in two tiers. The Basic tier is priced at $85 per month and includes a self-guided course focused on agency setup, access to Ensemble’s learning library and business resources, and use of ADX, the company’s proprietary booking and sales platform. The Pro tier adds a one-time fee of $1,999 and includes one-on-one support as an Ensemble member, registration for Horizons, the consortium’s annual conference, and custom website design with a year of ongoing support, while maintaining the same monthly cost.

The curriculum is organized into seven tracks covering the practical mechanics of starting and running a travel agency. Topics range from business model development and legal and financial setup to client acquisition, sales and booking management, talent development, and longer-term planning. In total, the program includes 38 core courses, with more than 100 additional courses available as agencies mature. Participants unlock deeper levels of access as they progress, with the stated goal of graduating into full Ensemble membership and eligibility for opportunities such as profit sharing.

Ensemble is supporting the Fastrack launch with a paid digital campaign across Meta, Google, and Reddit, targeting professionals exploring new business paths. The program also builds on changes the organization has made over the past several years, including investments in technology through ADX and expanded marketing capabilities tied to its Range Travel publication.

Enrollment in Fastrack is now open.
