A new three-day program at Secrets Playa Esmeralda will bring 250 luxury sellers and 50 suppliers together for peer-led learning and high-value connections.

Luxury Travel Report is stepping into the events arena with the debut of Travel Market Place Luxury Edition, a new gathering designed for the high-end travel community. The inaugural edition will take place Oct. 20–22, 2026, at the all-inclusive Secrets Playa Esmeralda in the Dominican Republic.

The event will welcome approximately 250 luxury-focused travel professionals and 50 premium suppliers, bringing together top producers, emerging leaders, and select partners across hotels, cruise, tour, aviation, and destinations. Programming will center on peer-driven learning and business-building conversations rather than traditional classroom-style training, prioritizing practical, proven approaches to selling luxury travel, refining brand and marketing strategies, and deepening client relationships.

Expect a mix of expert-led sessions, small-format workshops, main-stage conversations, collaborative roundtables, and one-to-one networking designed to unlock new business and sharpen perspective on what’s ahead in the luxury segment. With North American travelers continuing to invest in high-touch experiences and complex itineraries, the show will spotlight shifts in consumer behavior, booking patterns, category performance, and supplier innovation. The format is tailored to help luxury sellers expand long-term revenue, strengthen their networks, and build more resilient businesses.
