Crystal Relocates North American Trade Reservations Team to Miami

The line also added a new Southeast Regional Sales Director.

As of May 1, Crystal has relocated its North American trade reservations team to its Miami headquarters. Simultaneously, the line added a new Southeast Regional Sales Director.

“Bringing our trade reservations team in-house is a strategic move the underscores our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our travel partners and guests,” said Mary-Beth Meadowcroft, senior vice president of global sales and reservations for Crystal. “By centralizing our operations, we can ensure more consistent, efficient, and personalized support, which is crucial for fostering strong relationships…”

Joining the team as Southeast Regional Sales Director is Margaret Thwaites. She brings more than two decades of experience, including several years with the Salamander Collection.

Additionally, a team of new business development specialists will be introduced to provide support to travel advisors and Regional Sales Directors.
