James Rodriguez will step down as president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages at the end of 2024 to pursue other opportunities. He joined Atlas in 2022 after the ownership of Atlas let the founding executive team go.

Under Rodriguez’s leadership, Atlas introduced its Epicurean and Cultural Expedition products to fill in the gaps between the Antarctic and Polar seasons.

The company has begun a search for a new brand president and remains “committed to ensuring a smooth transition.” It plans to name a successor by the end of the year.
