Global Travel Collection has welcomed New York-based CIRE Travel back into its network, marking the agency’s return to the host after several years operating independently. The announcement, released today, brings one of the industry’s larger boutique agencies back under the GTC umbrella.

Founded in 2013 by Eric Hrubant, CIRE Travel reports more than $20 million in annual sales and a national footprint anchored in New York. The agency spans corporate travel management, group travel, luxury leisure, and honeymoon planning, with a roster of 12 advisors now joining GTC through the renewed affiliation. With that headcount, CIRE becomes one of Global Travel Collection’s larger affiliates by size.

Global Travel Collection, which is part of Internova Travel Group, reported $2.4 billion in annual sales and represents more than 1,500 advisors worldwide. The company has focused in recent years on expanding its affiliate base while maintaining centralized operational support and preferred partner access across leisure, corporate, and entertainment travel segments.

“CIRE Travel has long been recognized for its commitment to advisor support and exceptional client experience,” said Angie Licea, president of Global Travel Collection. “Their return reflects the strength of our platform and our ability to support agencies as they grow and evolve.”

CIRE Travel previously operated within the GTC network before leaving to chart its own course. According to Hrubant, the decision to return reflects the agency’s current priorities as it continues to expand its advisor base and client volume.

“Global Travel Collection has always set the standard for luxury travel affiliation,” Hrubant said. “As our business has grown, it became increasingly important to align with a platform that supports our advisors both today and in the long term. Rejoining GTC allows me to provide my advisors with unmatched resources, preferred partner relationships and a community that truly understands what it takes to succeed in today’s travel landscape.”

Operationally, the affiliation returns CIRE advisors to GTC’s centralized systems and preferred supplier programs while allowing the agency to maintain its own branding and client relationships. GTC’s structure is designed to support independent agencies and advisors through shared services, negotiated partnerships, and back-end infrastructure, while leaving front-end client strategy to each affiliate.

The return is also part of GTC’s continued emphasis on expanding its affiliate network through established agencies rather than relying solely on individual advisors. For CIRE Travel, the next phase centers on integrating its advisors into the GTC platform and continuing business growth under the renewed partnership.
