Virtuoso has expanded the remit of longtime executive Michelle Rashid, elevating her to senior vice president, culture, talent & global operations, effective immediately. It adds global operations oversight to a role she has held in various forms since joining the organization more than two decades ago, most recently as senior vice president of culture & human resources.
Rashid has been with Virtuoso since 2005 and has played a central role in shaping its internal culture, leadership development, and talent strategy as the company has grown. Her newly expanded mandate brings culture, talent, and operational execution under a single leadership structure, consolidating responsibilities that span human resources, workplace experience, enterprise project management, program management, and centralized global operations tied to marketing, partner relations, and member-facing teams.

“Michelle has been instrumental in shaping Virtuoso’s culture and leadership infrastructure during one of the most transformative periods in our company’s history,” said Brad Bourland, Virtuoso’s chief operating officer. “Now under her leadership, global operations will integrate more closely with our global teams to streamline processes and build a scalable foundation that strengthens how Virtuoso delivers on its purpose of enriching lives through human connection.”
Alongside Rashid’s elevation, Virtuoso has also adjusted the title of another senior leader to reflect a shift in scope. Michael Londregan, previously the senior vice president of global operations, has been named the senior vice president of global markets. In that role, Londregan continues to oversee the company’s nine regional general managers and remains responsible for coordinating performance and execution worldwide.
While the operational responsibilities of the global markets role remain largely intact, the title change is intended to more accurately reflect Londregan’s focus on regional leadership, market execution, and alignment between enterprise priorities and local market needs. Londregan and Rashid will both continue reporting to Bourland.
