Preferred Hotels & Resorts is taking to the skies with its first private jet itinerary, a 17-night “Legendary Journey” departing Oct. 6, 2026. Developed with Bucketlist Xperiences, the inaugural route spans seven countries and blends stays at Preferred’s Legend Collection properties with rare, access-driven excursions.
The journey begins in Singapore with a rooftop cocktail reception at The Fullerton Bay Hotel before continuing to Jaipur for private tours of the Amber Fort and City Palace, capped with a royal celebration event. In Rwanda, guests overnight at the Mövenpick Kigali and trek gorillas in Volcanoes National Park, supplemented by conservation briefings from the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and Mountain Gorilla Veterinary Project.
Kenya follows, with participants choosing between andBeyond Suyian Lodge in Laikipia or Angama Mara in the Maasai Mara. Game drives during the Great Migration and a sunrise balloon safari underscore the safari leg. Santorini brings caldera-view suites at Andronis Luxury Suites, intimate wine tastings, and a yacht-sailing sunset across the Aegean. Marrakech offers a three-night stay at the Mandarin Oriental with visits to Berber villages and a desert dining experience under the stars. The journey concludes in London with a Champagne toast at The Londoner’s rooftop terrace.
Travel is aboard a custom private airliner outfitted with lie-flat leather seating, a private chef, curated wines and spirits, and a 17-member service team. VIP airport transfers, luggage concierge, and professional photography and videography services are included. Participation is capped at 29 couples, with single occupancy available. Pricing begins at $133,500 per traveler.
Guests also receive I Prefer Hotel Rewards Titanium Status and 1 million bonus points, equivalent to more than 10 complimentary nights at participating properties.
Preferred’s CEO Lindsey Ueberroth framed the initiative as an evolution of the brand’s focus on transformative experiences: “Our mission has always been to connect travelers with the world’s most remarkable independent hotels and destinations in ways that are both unforgettable and transformative,” Ueberroth said. “Aligned with our recently released Luxury Travel Report 2025, the Legendary Journeys experience delivers rare adventures with personalized service, crafted to feel effortless, memorable, and truly legacy-defining.”
For Preferred, the launch reflects a wider push among hotel groups to create branded journeys that extend beyond their walls. With limited capacity and high demand for once-in-a-lifetime travel, the jet itinerary positions the brand in the growing sector of luxury air tours that combine exclusive access with portfolio loyalty benefits.
