Atlas Ocean Voyages is adding 16 extended sailings in 2027 and 2028, along with a separate 31-night expedition from Svalbard to Portugal. The new Grand Voyage Collection combines two or three consecutive itineraries aboard the same yacht, so travelers can spend several weeks at sea without packing up between sailings.

The six 2027 departures run 16 to 25 nights. They include an 18-night sailing from Reykjavík to Longyearbyen aboard World Voyager, departing June 5 and taking in Iceland and the High Arctic. A 25-night voyage aboard World Navigator departs Lisbon May 7 for Fredrikstad, Norway, with stops in Bordeaux and England along the way. In the Mediterranean, World Traveller sails from Livorno to Venice on a 16-night itinerary departing Aug. 20, with calls along the Croatian coast.

The 10 extended journeys in 2028 run 14 to 26 nights, with no repeat ports within each itinerary. Fares start at $8,399 per guest for the 14-night World Navigator sailing from Las Palmas to Casablanca, departing April 7 and pairing the Canary Islands with Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Other options include a 21-night voyage from Nice to Lavrion, Greece, via southern Italy and Malta, and a 23-night sailing from Stockholm to Longyearbyen via Copenhagen and Tromsø.

“Our Extended Journeys are designed around this philosophy, giving guests the opportunity to immerse themselves more deeply in the cultures, histories and natural wonders of the destinations they explore,” said James A. Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages.

The longest new itinerary departs Longyearbyen on Sept. 5, 2028, aboard World Voyager. The 31-night Extraordinary Expedition combines three consecutive sailings, heading south from Svalbard via Iceland and London before ending in Lisbon. Guests who book the full expedition receive enhanced unlimited Wi-Fi, complimentary unlimited laundry, and a commemorative gift, along with onboard events and a shoreside event reserved for expedition guests.
