Kensington recently hosted five travel advisors on a FAM trip to Finland, with the goal of showcasing the benefits of partnership with the private guided luxury travel provider.
“What sets a Kensington FAM apart is the way each itinerary is meticulously crafted by a Destination Expert, ensuring that the experience mirrors what clients receive: seamless logistics, immersive cultural access, and personalized private guided touring,” Kensington said in a press release.

The curated journey began in Helsinki, introducing the group to Finland’s vibrant capital. From there, the advisors travelled north to Rovaniemi, where they stayed at the acclaimed Arctic Treehouse Hotel. Highlights included a private guided Northern Lights hunt, a Finnish sauna experience, and an icebreaker cruise through frozen waters — activities designed to reflect the exclusive access Kensington provides its clients.
In Levi, the group was immersed in the Arctic wilderness with a Husky and Reindeer Safari, snowmobiling adventure, and a snowshoeing tour through the scenic Lapland landscape. Accommodation at Levin Iglut Hotel featuring glass-roofed igloos allowed for an unforgettable overnight experience beneath the stars.

As part of its ongoing commitment to education and advisor development, Kensington’s video content lead joined the trip to capture advisor testimonials and in-the-moment reflections. The footage will be used for internal training and advisor education to further support Kensington’s advisor community. One of the videos can be viewed here.
“Each Kensington FAM reflects our belief that travel should be deeply personal, culturally rich, and flawlessly executed,” said Matt Cammaert, SVP of Marketing and Outside Sales.
“We don’t simply offer FAMs to showcase a destination — we design them as an educational mirror of the private guided experiences advisors’ clients can expect and to reflect our recent rebranding with a core promise to ‘See the World, Differently.’”
