Bvlgari Hotels Signs on Private Island Resort in Abu Dhabi
Suites, villas, mansions, a marina, and more will populate this new luxury destination.

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has signed on a new private island project in Abu Dhabi, entering a long-term agreement with the landowners, Eagle Hills, to build a luxury resort and private mansions.
Scheduled to open in 2030, Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will feature 60 rooms and suites and 30 villas, as well as 90 mansions, all positioned on a horseshoe-shaped private island overlooking the city.
“With Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi, we continue our jeweller of hospitality magnificent journey of bringing Bvlgari’s distinctive elegance and craftsmanship to the world’s most remarkable destinations,” said Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari. “This project is a tribute to Abu Dhabi’s unique cultural identity, blending timeless sophistication with modern luxury.”
The resort’s main building will house its rooms and suites, including two Bvlgari Suites and a Bvlgari Penthouse. Beachfront villas will each have their own private pools, and the top-tier Bvlgari Villa will have a private park leading to a private beach and pool.
The resort will also have a spa, fitness center, retail shops, yacht club, and a variety of dining options. The Bvlgari Spa’s long pool and outdoor deck will offer views of the sea, and the Yacht Club will feature a private beach, marina, and membership program. Restaurants will range from Japanese to local and international favorites to Michelin-star Italian dining and Middle Eastern cuisine.
