Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is rolling out a new set of bookable experiences across its global portfolio, with six programs now live for 2026 spanning China, Morocco, Scotland, Kenya, and Canada. The collection is part of the brand’s “Special Happens…” banner, which centers around four themes: After Dark, In the Wild, Around the Table, and In the Spotlight.
The headline additions largely emphasize private access. At Fairmont Beijing, guests can book a helicopter tour tracing the Great Wall, paired with a two-night stay, private mixology session, and a curated dinner at CUT by Chef Peter Kang. In Tangier, the Fairmont Tazi Palace is hosting a one-night event around the upcoming solar eclipse on Aug. 12, featuring terrace access, live jazz, and a themed tasting menu.
In Canada, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is introducing an Indigenous-led foraging experience that combines helicopter transport into the Rockies with guided harvesting and a chef-prepared dinner using the ingredients gathered that day. The program, led by Indigenous knowledge keeper Lauren Moberly, is positioned as a full-day, small-group experience.
Elsewhere, Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club is offering a guided wildlife walk culminating in a private dining setup overlooking the conservancy, while Fairmont St. Andrews is packaging stargazing with a private chef dinner and overnight programming tied to Scotland’s east coast skies. In Wuhan, China, the Yellow Crane Tower experience will mix cultural access with costuming, private transport, and a staged evening visit to the landmark.
“Delivering remarkable experiences is fundamental to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts’ DNA,” said Claudia Kozma Kaplan, the chief brand officer for Fairmont. “This next chapter is about expanding unforgettable journeys… so our guests can connect more deeply, celebrate more often, and truly make special happen.”
The experiences are now available to book, with timing tied to seasonality and, in the case of Tangier, a fixed-date event in August.
