Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club has introduced a new standalone beachfront villa in Surfside, Florida, adding a four-bedroom, fully serviced residence set directly on the sand. The Beach Villa is now open for reservations within Seaway at The Surf Club, a residential enclave at the property’s northern edge.
The villa is set inside a restored 1936 oceanfront structure originally known as Seaway Villas, part of one of Surfside’s earliest multi-family beachfront developments. The two-story building has been preserved and adapted as a private residence, keeping its original scale and proximity to the shoreline, an extremely rare configuration along this stretch of Miami’s coastline.

Seaway at The Surf Club includes two adjacent stone towers designed by French architect Joseph Dirand, marking his first residential tower project. The broader enclave sits just north of Miami Beach proper, with direct beach access but still close to Bal Harbour and central Miami.
The Beach Villa spans approximately 5,200 square feet across two levels and is configured for indoor-outdoor living. Interior spaces include a primary suite facing the Atlantic, three additional guest bedrooms, and open-plan living and dining areas oriented toward the ocean. A private elevator connects both levels.
Outdoor space centers on a 300-square-foot oceanfront pool and a landscaped garden designed by Peter Wirtz; a gated entrance providing direct access to the beach. The residence also includes a full kitchen finished in Perla stone, a laundry room, and dedicated underground parking.

Interiors were led by Gabriela Navarro, head of creative at Fort Partners, who worked in coordination with Dirand’s architectural framework. “The vision for The Beach Villa was to create a space that feels like a true home by the ocean; intimate, layered, and quietly refined, introducing natural fibers, soft tones, and a thoughtful mix of vintage and custom pieces to give the residence a sense of character and ease,” Navarro said. “Working in harmony with Joseph Dirand’s architecture, the goal was to sit effortlessly within the setting and frame it, allowing the materials, and the proximity to the ocean to define the experience.”
Operationally, the villa is supported by a dedicated on-site team, including a butler, private chef, and housekeeper, and offers full access to the hotel’s existing amenities. These include the Forbes Five-Star spa, three pools, and on-property dining venues, including the Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller.
The Beach Villa is now bookable through Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club.
