Global Travel Collection is reorganizing its Advisor Success division with three senior leadership appointments spanning leisure, corporate, and entertainment travel.
The Internova Travel Group subsidiary confirmed that Bronwyn McKindley has joined as vice president, advisor success–leisure, while Pam Palay and Adam Ottmar have been promoted to vice president roles overseeing corporate travel and entertainment, respectively. All three will report to Simon Brooks, the senior vice president, advisor success. Global Travel Collection manages $2.4 billion in annual sales and supports more than 800,000 trips each year.
“These appointments send a clear message to our advisors: we are investing in you,” said Angie Licea, the president of Global Travel Collection. “Across luxury leisure, corporate and entertainment, we are strengthening our leadership team to deliver the support and opportunities our advisors need to succeed.”
McKindley joins the organization with nearly three decades of experience spanning river cruise, tour operations, airline consolidators, and wholesale travel. She most recently served as vice president, reservations and trade support at AmaWaterways. In her new role, she will oversee performance and service consistency across the company’s leisure-facing network, with a focus on partner alignment and operational delivery.
Palay steps into an expanded role leading corporate travel strategy after previously serving as an advisor success director. She will oversee regional leadership teams and focus on account management structures, growth planning, and engagement across the corporate segment. Her remit includes refining how independent contractors are supported as business travel demand continues to evolve.

Ottmar, promoted from his role as director of events within Internova’s ALTOUR division, will lead the company’s entertainment travel vertical. His background includes more than 25 years across both travel operations and entertainment production, including work on major film festivals, award shows, and high-volume entertainment accounts in Los Angeles. In the new role, he will focus on building tools and infrastructure tailored to the logistical demands of entertainment travel.
“As our advisors grow, so does our commitment to delivering the most sophisticated platform, partnerships and leadership in travel,” Licea said. The leadership changes are effective immediately.
