1 Hotels’ newest property in Seattle is now accepting reservations.

1 Hotel Seattle, set in the city’s South Lake Union neighborhood, is scheduled to open in April 2025 as the company’s first property in the city, near downtown, Climate Pledge Arena and Amazon’s headquarters.

The hotel will feature 153 guest rooms, including 45 suites, all designed with 1 Hotels’ nature-inspired luxury in mind.

For dining, the hotel will offer a signature restaurant, La Loba, with a fusion menu of Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. There’s also a lobby bar and lounge that 1 Hotels says will serve as the social hub of the property.

Guests will also have access to a fleet of house cars—all fully electric Audi Q8 e-trons—along with a fitness center called the Field House.

The hotel will also offer meeting and event space including the Rainier Ballroom, which includes an outdoor terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Space Needle, and multiple other meeting and event rooms.

“Seattle has always been a city that values sustainability, innovation, and connection to nature,” said Barry Sternlicht, founder of 1 Hotels and Chairman of SH Hotels & Resorts (soon to be Starwood Hotels). “With 1 Hotel Seattle, we’ve created a property that not only reflects the city’s natural surroundings but also champions our mission to redefine what luxury hospitality can be through sustainable practices.”

Last year, 1 Hotels made its debut in Japan with the new 1 Hotels Tokyo.
