Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced a new global leadership structure, with several senior appointments designed to oversee the continued expansion of both brands within the luxury and ultra-luxury cruise markets.
The changes take effect immediately and leave Jason Montague in place as chief luxury officer for both lines. Montague will continue overseeing the long-term direction of the brands while a newly expanded leadership team takes on additional operational and commercial responsibilities.
Among the key moves, Wesley D’Silva has been appointed president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In the role, he will oversee the line’s day-to-day operations and commercial strategy, reporting directly to Montague.
“I am delighted to congratulate Wesley, Nathan, and Shawn, as they step into these important new roles,” Montague said in a statement. “Each of them brings extraordinary expertise and experience as we build on a remarkable period of performance for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. This strengthened leadership structure positions us to accelerate our strategic plans to take both brands to new heights and support our travel advisor community with even greater focus. Travel advisors are integral to our success, and these organisational changes reflect our unwavering commitment to creating even more opportunity within the luxury and ultraluxury cruise segments.”
Two additional senior appointments focus on global sales leadership across the brands. Nathan Hickman has been named chief sales officer for Oceania Cruises, while Shawn Tubman takes on the role of chief sales officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Hickman will report to Montague, and Tubman will report to D’Silva.
Both executives will oversee global sales performance and commercial development, including North American domestic sales teams and international markets.

Several regional sales leaders will continue to support both brands under the updated structure. These include Brennan Quesnele, senior vice president of North America sales and trade marketing for Oceania Cruises; Jerod Evans, vice president of North America sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises; and Melaine Diaz, vice president of sales strategy and trade marketing for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Additional regional leadership spans the U.K. and Ireland, Central Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
The restructuring also includes a new ambassador role for Steve Odell, a longtime commercial executive with the company. Odell will remain connected to both brands in a senior advisory capacity.
The leadership changes come during a period of fleet expansion for both lines. Oceania Cruises recorded a record-breaking opening day for bookings for its upcoming ship, Oceania Sonata, in January. The line currently has five Sonata Class ships on order, with deliveries scheduled between 2027 and 2037.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises is preparing to introduce Seven Seas Prestige later this year, the line’s first new ship class in a decade. Three additional Prestige Class ships are planned for delivery in 2030, 2033, and 2036.
