Delano has announced it will open a 67-room hotel overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park in early 2027, bringing the brand’s nightlife, dining, and wellness to West London.

More than half of Delano London’s accommodations will be suites, with 14 accommodations offering prime park views. Many will feature walk-in wardrobes and private terraces, giving advisors several options for clients who prioritize outdoor space or room to spread out.

Designed by Archer Humphryes Architects, the five-floor property will pair residential interiors with theatrical details inspired by Delano Miami Beach. An art collection assembled by London consultancy Cramer & Bell will feature British and international artists, including Kimathi Mafafo, Isaac Andrews, Hormazd Narielwalla and Gergei Erdei.

Dining will center on the London debut of Lana Lusa, the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant concept created by Jessica Viveiro Kassim and brought to the city by hospitality group Paris Society. Pirajean Lees is designing the restaurant. Meanwhile, Rose Bar will draw on its Miami Beach counterpart, with the Rose Bar Lounge and Zodiac Room offering more intimate spaces in the hotel’s evening offering.

“Bringing the brand to London feels particularly special because this is my home city with such a rich and varied cultural history,” said Ben Pundole, chief brand officer for Delano Hotels. “Delano London will be a space for discovery, somewhere you might strike up a conversation at Rose Bar with someone you’d never ordinarily meet, encounter a work by an emerging artist, or simply settle into an atmosphere that transports you beyond the bustle of the city outside.”

The hotel’s wellness concept, The Source by Delano, will include treatment spaces, contrast therapy and movement facilities, alongside visiting practitioners, residencies and collaborations. Details of specific treatments and programming have yet to be announced.

A Delano Members Club will also offer cultural programming, partnerships and privileges locally and internationally. Its global Delano Beyond program will offer members bespoke travel experiences; the announcement did not detail membership terms or hotel-guest access.

The property is scheduled to open in early 2027, with bookings through Delano’s website.
