Four Seasons is officially entering the Mykonos market this summer, bringing one of luxury hospitality’s most recognizable brands to one of the Mediterranean’s most competitive resort destinations.

Reservations are now open for Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos ahead of the property’s debut on June 26.
Set on the western side of Kalo Livadi Bay, the new-build resort cascades down a cliffside over 15 acres to a private beach on the Aegean Sea, making itself a quieter counterpoint to Mykonos’ more overt party reputation. The hotel is about 20 minutes from both the airport and Chora, with private transfers, shuttle service, and a dedicated jetty for yacht excursions to nearby islands and beaches.

The resort includes 94 guestrooms and suites designed by Greek architect Nicos Valsamakis in a Cycladic village style, connected by stone pathways, gardens, and terraces. All accommodations feature water views, and many include private plunge pools. Sustainability features include desalinated seawater systems, solar energy usage, and advanced waste management infrastructure.

Four Seasons appears to be leaning into a more experience-driven version of Mykonos rather than solely nightlife and beach clubs. “Our goal is to create a deeper experience for our guests as they venture beyond the nightlife and beaches, connecting to Greek culture in more meaningful ways,” said Adrian Messerli, president of hotel operations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Four Seasons.

The property’s dining lineup was designed by New York-based Rockwell Group and includes the Mediterranean grill restaurant Álef, the Greek café-style concept Kafeneo, and the coastal Italian venue Corbu. Wellness facilities include seven treatment rooms, a yoga pavilion, fitness studio, sauna and steam rooms, plus two infinity pools overlooking the sea. Families are also clearly part of the target mix, with a supervised kids’ club, connecting accommodations, and babysitting services available.

The opening also strengthens Four Seasons’ broader Greece footprint. The company is already encouraging paired itineraries with Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens on the Athens Riviera, while another Four Seasons project remains in development in Porto Heli.
