Hilton is converting Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya to all-inclusive resorts, with different offerings for adults seeking a quiet escape and families planning a multigenerational vacation.

The all-inclusive experiences begin with the announcement, while age-restriction changes take effect on Jan. 10, 2027. On that date, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will become exclusively for registered guests ages 18 and older. Conrad Tulum will continue welcoming all ages, with its Ceiba Club becoming a dedicated adults-only section.

“Today’s travelers want the freedom and ease of an all-inclusive resort, paired with the distinctive depth, personalization and sense of place they expect from Hilton’s award-winning luxury brands,” said Sylvia Scholey, Hilton’s vice president and global head of All-Inclusive and Resorts.

At Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya, a dedicated personal concierge will help coordinate dining, wellness appointments, excursions and celebrations before and during each stay. Programming will range from oceanfront yoga and Mayan breathwork to artisan workshops and agave tastings.

Dining experiences will draw on Mexican ingredients and traditions, with offerings including live-fire cooking at Malpeque, a Mesa de Maíz at Chaya and agave discovery at JA’O. Additional inclusions will include 24-hour in-room dining and a tailored minibar refreshed daily.

Conrad Tulum’s offering will combine a varied restaurant lineup with cultural programming, wellness and family activities. Dining options include Mediterranean cuisine at Maratea, Japanese fare at Ukai and teppanyaki at Kengai. Ceiba Club guests will have access to Autor, Ceiba Lounge and Carbon Restaurant, Pool & Beach.

For children, the included MYTHOS World kids’ club will offer age-specific activities inspired by nature, creativity and Mayan storytelling.

At both resorts, eligible stays of at least four consecutive nights may include one selected resort experience or destination excursion. Private round-trip airport transfers will also be available for eligible direct bookings, subject to qualifying terms.

Existing reservations will retain their confirmed plans and terms. The exception is Waldorf Astoria bookings involving guests under 18 arriving on or after Jan. 10; the resort will assist those guests with alternative accommodations.
