Silversea Cruises Appoints AVP, Global Guest Services
Teresa Ignacio will develop, implement, and lead a global operational strategy across all Silversea contact centers.
Silversea Cruises has appointed Teresa Ignacio as associate vice president of global guest services, effective immediately. She will report to Massimo Brancaleoni, senior vice president of global sales and will coordinate with each of Silversea’s regional managing directors to develop, implement, and lead a global operational strategy across all Silversea contact centers.
“Teresa brings a wealth of call center operations expertise that will be instrumental in successfully elevating our brand’s world-class customer service operations for the benefit of guests and travel advisors,” said Brancaleoni.
