Qatar Airways is adding a pinch of Parisian prestige to its already celebrated culinary program. The airline announced today that it has partnered with Yannick Alléno, the decorated French chef who boasts 17 Michelin stars across 19 restaurants, to elevate the onboard and lounge dining experience for First and Business Class passengers.

According to a release from the airline, Alléno’s influence will span a curated series of innovations, blending French refinement with Qatar Airways’ signature hospitality. The partnership launches with bespoke menus on select flights between Paris and Doha, exclusive new dishes in Qatar Airways’ Paris-Charles de Gaulle lounge, and the debut of a Pavyllon restaurant inside the airline’s First Class Lounge at Hamad International Airport in Doha. True to Alléno’s hallmark “gastronomic counter” concept, the new outpost will feature an open kitchen where guests can dine front-row to the action.

“At Qatar Airways, we are constantly striving to innovate and collaborate with the best in their fields,” said Thabet Musleh, chief retail and hospitality officer. “Chef Yannick Alléno represents a benchmark for excellence that reflects our shared passion for innovation, sophistication, and the art of hospitality.”

The collaboration delivers Alléno’s modern French cuisine—rooted in ingredient-driven cooking and classic technique—straight to the passenger’s plate, in step with Qatar Airways’ commitment to detail.

“Partnering with Qatar Airways, whose reputation for excellence is undisputed, is a true honor,” said Chef Alléno. “Together, we have crafted menus that reflect our shared values and aim to leave travelers with a lasting impression and a timeless moment.”
