Crystal Serenity to Debut 1,722-Square-Foot Owner’s Suite in 2028
The new Crystal Owner’s Suite will be a two-bedroom accommodation offering 1,722 square feet of interior space and a 409-square-foot private veranda.

Crystal just announced new accommodations coming to Crystal Serenity in 2028, including a 1,722-square-foot Owner’s Suite and four Junior Penthouse Premium Suites. The new suites, all located midship on Deck 11, will debut on sailings beginning May 5, 2028.
“We are continuing to thoughtfully evolve Crystal Serenity while preserving the character and sense of ease that have made her so beloved by our guests,” said Bernie Leypold, senior vice president of hotel operations for Crystal. “These new suites allow us to introduce fresh design elements and greater choice while creating an accommodation collection that feels cohesive, contemporary and distinctly Crystal.”
The centerpiece of the expansion will be the new Crystal Owner’s Suite, a two-bedroom accommodation offering 1,722 square feet of interior space and a 409-square-foot private veranda.
Naval architect and design historian Paolo Piccione is leading the suite’s design, which will incorporate wooden floors, custom wool carpets, handcrafted cabinetry, and fine fabrics intended to give the space a residential feel. The living room will feature a library and fireplace, while a separate dining area will offer panoramic ocean views, a butler pantry, and personalized bar service. A high-end Hi-Fi entertainment system will extend throughout the interior and exterior spaces, with controls that let guests select different music or playlists across multiple zones.
The primary bedroom will feature a king-size bed and two large walk-in closets. Its marble-lined bathroom will include a Jacuzzi. A second bedroom will have its own walk-in closet and separate bathroom, making the suite particularly well suited to families or groups traveling together.
The Owner’s Suite will also feature Technogym fitness equipment positioned to take advantage of the ocean views, along with personalized Technogym Coach programming and integrated entertainment.
Crystal will also introduce four Junior Penthouse Premium Suites on Deck 11, with layouts inspired by accommodations aboard sister ship Crystal Symphony. Each suite will offer 861 square feet of interior space plus a 205-square-foot veranda. The four additions will join Crystal Serenity’s six existing Junior Penthouse Deluxe Suites.
The expansion comes as Crystal continues to refine its ocean fleet after extensive renovations to Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony. The new suites will be available on Crystal Serenity sailings beginning May 5, 2028.
