Four Seasons Yachts Expands Chef-in-Residence Program for 2027
Five chefs from Michelin-starred Four Seasons restaurants will join select Mediterranean and Caribbean sailings aboard Four Seasons I.

Four Seasons Yachts has unveiled an expanded Chef-in-Residence program for 2027, bringing chefs from Michelin-starred Four Seasons restaurants in Hong Kong, Paris, Cap-Ferrat, Tokyo, and Napa Valley aboard select Mediterranean and Caribbean voyages.
The program will return for its second season aboard Four Seasons I, with each participating chef featured on a single sailing. While the inaugural edition centered on Sedna, the yacht’s signature fine-dining restaurant, the 2027 program will extend to other culinary venues across the vessel.
Each residency will include a four- or five-course tasting menu at Sedna, accompanied by curated wine pairings. The visiting chef will also oversee a one-day takeover of another onboard venue and host a welcome reception in the Horizon Lounge. Four Seasons said it will announce further details about the next phase of Sedna in the coming months.
“The first season of the Chef-in-Residence program reinforced just how special it is for our guests to experience the talent and creativity of these extraordinary chefs firsthand,” said Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts. “Each featured sailing will carry the signature of one chef, in one region, at one moment in the season, creating a culinary experience that exists only on that voyage.”
The series begins with Guillaume Galliot of three-Michelin-starred Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, who will join a 13-night Caribbean voyage departing Jan. 18, 2027. Evan Neumann of Michelin-starred Auro at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley will follow on a seven-night Lesser Antilles sailing departing Jan. 31.
In the Mediterranean, returning chef Yoric Tièche of Michelin-starred Le Cap at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat will be featured on an Oct. 3 departure visiting Capri and Cannes. Guillaume Bracaval of Michelin-starred est at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi will join a Canary Islands itinerary departing Nov. 6, while Bertrand Noeureuil of two-Michelin-starred L’Orangerie at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, will appear on a Nov. 21 Lesser Antilles voyage.
Four Seasons I is the first vessel in the company’s yacht fleet, followed by Four Seasons II in 2028.
