Seabourn has opened bookings for its 2027–2029 ocean voyages, a collection that includes 118 departures to 243 destinations across 45 countries, all timed to lead into the line’s 40th anniversary in 2028.
The program covers Alaska, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, and Canada and New England, with itineraries ranging from seven to 40 days. Across the board, the focus is on longer port stays, overnights, and smaller harbors.
“Travelers choose Seabourn because they want to genuinely connect with the places they visit,” said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn. “As we look ahead to our 40th anniversary, this collection reflects where we began and where we are going, combining our heritage of small–ship luxury with new destinations and itineraries, new first-of-its-kind collaborations, and more opportunities to bring luxury and exploration together in an immersive way.”
The 2028 season is a milestone year for the line, with programming tied to the brand’s “Ruby Jubilee.” Every sailing will include anniversary-focused onboard elements, along with a curated set of 40 “Ruby Collection” voyages. These include Caribbean and Mediterranean sailings built around yacht-access ports and longer itineraries in Japan and Southeast Asia tied to seasonal events.
An expanded enrichment lineup during the anniversary year will also include a new collaboration with The Atlantic, which will anchor a 12-day Canada and New England sailing departing Oct. 4, 2028, with onboard discussions and guest programming integrated into the Seabourn Conversations series.
Seabourn Encore returns to Alaska for a May-September 2028 season, with 16 departures and expedition-style programming on Zodiacs and kayaks. The same vessel will operate in Japan and Southeast Asia throughout the shoulder and winter seasons, with itineraries timed to coincide with peak cherry blossom season and fall foliage.
In Europe, Seabourn Ovation will run more than 50 Mediterranean departures between April and December 2028, with itineraries designed to combine into longer journeys of up to 37 days. Northern Europe sailings on Seabourn Quest focus on the Baltic, Scandinavia, and the British Isles, including new calls in Bodø and Narvik.
For longer-haul cruisers, there’s a 120-day Cape-to-Cape World Cruise departing on Jan. 7, 2028, aboard Seabourn Quest, with an itinerary that spans five continents and includes Antarctica, Easter Island, and a Panama Canal transit.
Bookings for the full 2027–2029 collection are now open.
