Ultra-luxury cruise line Seabourn is charting its most ambitious course yet: a 94-day “Pole to Pole: Grand Expedition” aboard the Seabourn Venture, sailing from the Arctic Circle to Antarctica in one seamless journey.

Departing Aug. 17, 2027, the globe-spanning voyage is designed for seasoned travelers seeking true exploration without sacrificing comfort. The itinerary covers over 20,500 nautical miles and includes 60 days of active expedition programming across 14 countries and territories. Highlights include six days in the Northwest Passage, a rare three-day landing on remote Ellesmere Island, and immersive time in South Georgia and the Falklands, destinations that remain elusive even to well-traveled luxury clients.

Sales for past guests are already open, with public bookings beginning Aug. 13, 2025. Two options are available: the full 94-day sailing or a shorter 82-day version that skips Iceland and Greenland.

The Seabourn Venture, purpose-built to PC6 Polar Class standards, is equipped with 30,000 square feet of open deck space, heated wardrobes, Swarovski binoculars, and a Starlink-powered tech suite that includes a 4K mast-mounted camera, offering suite-level wildlife viewing. Its 23-person expedition team delivers daily briefings, Zodiac excursions, and enrichment programs that elevate the guest experience into something far more than a scenic cruise.

The voyage also comes along with high-value perks: up to $10,000 in shipboard credit per suite, round-trip business class air, upgraded Wi-Fi, unlimited laundry, and signature Seabourn experiences like Caviar on Ice and the Polar Plunge. For clients interested in underwater discovery, a complimentary submarine dive and kayak tours in each hemisphere add rare bragging rights.

As polar demand continues to grow in luxury markets, Seabourn’s Grand Expedition offers a one-ticket solution to both poles, bundled with the kind of amenities and exclusivity that the line’s clients expect. Advisors booking early may have an edge in securing top suites and crafting pre- and post-cruise experiences around Reykjavik and Buenos Aires.
