The executive shuffling at Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises continues, with Steve Odell stepping up to the position of senior vice president international and consumer sales at both cruise lines. Odell has held the position of chief sales officer for Regent Seven Seas since January 2024. In his new role he will lead the international sales teams, as well as the consumer and onboard sales teams for each brand.

Odell’s promotion comes on the heels of a number of leadership changes at both companies, including the hiring of Jason Montague as chief luxury officer, overseeing both RSSC and Oceania, and the departures of Andrea DeMarco, Nikki Upshaw, and Frank A. Del Rio.

Simultaneously, Ocean’s current vice president of international sales Jason Worth has been promoted to vice president, brand finance and strategy for both brands as well. Nathan Hickman, currently senior vice president of marketing at Oceania Cruises will step up to the role of chief commercial officer for Oceania.
