Our staff-to-guest ratio (four to a room) allows us to truly get to know each guest, to take note of their preferences, and to spend more time pampering them. We were indeed deeply impressed by this attention to detail. One evening, we discovered that turndown service had carefully placed a bookmark in our book at the exact page we had left off. On another night, unable to sleep due to jet lag, we called the front desk; without hesitation, they asked, “What would you like?” and soon arrived with a warm grilled cheese and a glass of milk. And when we checked out, they thoughtfully handed us Dramamine to ensure we felt well on the ferry ride back. These small gestures, without a doubt, make a world of difference. Since its most recent renovation in 2024, which added additional suites, the hotel now offers just 36 guest accommodations across eight distinct room categories and three suites. These are spread between two dedicated wings: the Romantic Wing and the Relaxing Wing.

Premium bedding includes Etro cotton sheets, paired with a Simmons mattress customized to each guest’s preference: hard, medium, or soft.
