Ennismore is ushering in a new era for Delano, announcing two new signings in New York and London just ahead of the long-awaited reopening of the brand’s Miami Beach flagship.
The return of Delano Miami Beach in early 2026 will reintroduce one of South Beach’s most recognizable names, following a full redesign that honors its Art Deco heritage. The 171-room hotel—home to poolside bungalows, penthouses, and the storied Rose Bar—will once again serve as a hub for culture and design in the neighborhood that shaped its legacy.
In New York, Delano will take over The Dominick on Spring Street in Hudson Square, transforming the 46-story tower into Delano SoHo New York. The 390-key property will blend calm residential style with a social pulse inspired by the original Miami landmark. Curved silhouettes, bespoke finishes, and expansive top-floor spaces will anchor programming that connects “creative insiders, global travelers, and locals” through art and design.
Delano London, slated for late 2026 near Kensington Gardens, will showcase the brand’s European expansion beyond Paris. Developed with Signature Developers and DCD Properties, the 67-room hotel will feature layered interiors in “Delano white,” a curated library, and a London debut of the Rose Bar in a subterranean setting with live music and private-event flexibility.
Ennismore has also appointed hospitality veteran Ben Pundole as chief brand officer, tasked with protecting Delano’s cultural cachet while evolving its lifestyle relevance. “Few hospitality brands have achieved such cultural resonance,” said Ennismore founder and co-CEO Sharan Pasricha, noting the goal to blend “refinement, relevance, and innovation.”
Delano also has projects underway in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh, and Costa Rica. Born in Miami but now truly global, Delano’s next chapter looks set to balance its storied past with a contemporary sense of cultural cool.
