Hotel Yountville Resort & Spa has completed a redesign of its guest rooms, introducing a new residential-style look across its 80 rooms and suites in the heart of Yountville, California. The updated accommodations are now open to guests, marking the property’s latest refresh as Napa Valley continues to see steady investment in its luxury lodging stock.
The redesign was led by Dallas-based Premier, with the rooms drawing from Italian villa influences rather than a traditional resort aesthetic. The result is a calmer, more domestic feel: white architectural backdrops paired with wood floors, sliced-pebble tile, wire-brushed oak accents, and iron detailing. Fireplaces remain a signature feature in every room.

“There’s an inherent softness to Yountville that we wanted to carry into every guestroom,” said Jillian Adams, senior interior designer at Premier. “The property’s residential scale and lush garden surroundings recalled the feeling of an Italian villa: warm, grounded, and deeply connected to nature.”

The room mix spans standard kings through a range of suites, including the 1,100-square-foot Yountville Suite, which offers multiple outdoor patios, vaulted ceilings, and a wet bar. Select rooms now feature vaulted ceilings and French doors opening to private patios or balconies, while Premium King rooms add larger footprints and rainfall showers. One-bedroom suites introduce separate living and sleeping areas with dual fireplaces. A set of Pure Wellness rooms feature enhanced air filtration, hypoallergenic bedding, and other in-room amenities for guests prioritizing restorative stays.
Beyond the rooms, the resort continues to position itself as a contained, guest-focused retreat. The Spa at Hotel Yountville operates as a poolside facility exclusive to hotel guests, offering treatments inspired by regional wine-country cues. Dining remains centered on Heritage Oak, the on-property restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, with dinner offered via in-room dining, alongside the Y Bar Lounge & Terrace for cocktails and light fare.

“I am excited to see our guests’ reaction to the new contemporary design, which honors the property’s timeless sophistication,” said Richard Stockton, chief executive officer of Braemar Hotels & Resorts, the property’s ownership group. “This renovation clearly cements Hotel Yountville’s position as one of the most attractive properties in our industry-leading portfolio of luxury hotels.”
With the redesigned rooms now fully in service, Hotel Yountville enters the 2026 travel season offering an updated product in one of Napa Valley’s most walkable—and tightly held—luxury lodging enclaves.
