Four Seasons is preparing for 2026 with a slate of new openings across key destinations in the Caribbean, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, as well as several major restorations. The expansion introduces the brand to new markets while refreshing some of its most recognizable properties.
On Florida’s Gulf Coast, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, will mark the brand’s debut in Old Naples, offering 1,000 feet of beachfront, a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, and a Market Square with dining and retail. In Puerto Rico, the former St. Regis Bahía Beach will reopen as the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico, situated on 483 acres within a nature reserve, boasting two miles of white sand and proximity to El Yunque National Forest.
Saudi Arabia remains a major focus. The Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island offers a beachfront retreat set against the backdrop of the Hijazi Mountains, while the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay emphasizes wellness with an organic spa garden and a range of outdoor pursuits, including horseback riding and oceanfront golf.
In Latin America, the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena transforms a collection of colonial and Beaux-Arts buildings near the Old Town into a 131-key property with a rooftop pool, Umari Spa, and eight restaurants and bars. Europe gains a new island escape with the Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, set above Kalo Livadi Bay with private pools and yacht access. In Asia, the Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi, situated on Hoan Kiem Lake, combines stunning lake views and destination dining with close proximity to the Old Quarter and the French Quarter.
The brand will also introduce its first yacht in 2026, extending its hospitality approach to sea.
