Four Seasons is officially heading to Florida’s Gulf Coast. The brand has officially opened reservations for its highly anticipated Naples Beach Club, a 220-room resort set to debut in October 2025 on the former site of the beloved Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. The opening marks Four Seasons’ first on the Gulf side of Florida and introduces a sweeping new hospitality experience anchored by coastal elegance, community spirit, and standout amenities.
Set on 1,000 feet of white-sand beach in the heart of Old Naples, the resort is part of a broader 125-acre beachfront and golfside development led by BDT & MSD Partners and The Athens Group. The site includes a newly designed Tom Fazio golf course (slated to open in 2026) and more than 150 private residences serviced by Discovery Land Company. Four Seasons will oversee 58 beachside and 95 golfside luxury condominiums in addition to its guest accommodations, which include 57 suites.

Guests can expect residential-style interiors designed for indoor-outdoor living, from oversized terraces with plush seating to carved teak consoles and colorful bespoke cabinetry in flamingo pink and periwinkle blue. On the culinary front, the resort will debut The Merchant Room, a signature restaurant from two-time James Beard Award-winner Gavin Kaysen—his first outside the Midwest. Beloved Naples institutions HB’s and Sunset Bar will also return, with refreshed designs and their Gulf-front views intact.
The resort’s lively new Market Square will serve as a social and entertainment hub, with amenities including a four-lane bowling alley and private cinema, a rooftop lap pool, and a 30,000-square-foot spa. The Wager, a sports gastropub, will join the lineup next year. For families, the FINs Club for Kids offers supervised programming, alongside a splash pool and beach games to round out the family-friendly appeal.
“Naples Beach Club is our modern expression of the cherished traditions and style of Naples,” said resort general manager Diego Angarita. “Our team cannot wait to open the doors, welcome guests and connect with the community.”
Reservations are now open for stays beginning October 2025.
