Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will debut 14 newly renovated suites on May 1, adding more top-end inventory at its Mayfair address.
The update spans multiple categories across the hotel, from Deluxe and Park Suites through to Grand Suites and a group of Signature Suites, including the Presidential, Royal Terrace, and Garden Suites. A number of the suites can connect, allowing the hotel to build out two- and three-bedroom layouts for families or groups (something that’s still not easy to secure in central London without moving into private residences).

The redesign was led by London-based Interiors with Art, which transformed the suites into a more residential layout. Larger units include separate living and dining areas, and in some cases, outdoor space. The Royal Terrace Suite has a private garden terrace, while the Garden Suite opens directly onto a landscaped garden.
At the top end, the Presidential Suite is set up for longer stays, with a full dining room and pantry for in-suite meals and entertaining. Across the Signature tier, the hotel is layering in the services expected at this level: butler service on request, airport transfers, use of house cars within the local area, and access to a concierge team that includes multiple Les Clefs d’Or members.

The suites sit within a property that already leans on its location opposite Hyde Park and a relatively compact footprint compared to some of the larger hotels nearby. On-site, Pavyllon London by Yannick Alléno and Bar Antoine anchor the food and beverage offering, along with a 10th-floor spa with views over the park.
The new suites are available to book for stays from May, and rates start at $6,400 per night.
