Hilton is expanding its luxury footprint to the Ionian Islands with the upcoming Conrad Corfu, slated to open before summer 2026. The 136-key resort—Hilton’s first luxury property in Greece—deepens the partnership between the brand and local operator Numo Hotels & Resorts, already behind two Curio Collection properties in Crete.
Set on a 600-foot stretch of Corfu’s southern coastline, the project introduces a quieter interpretation of Greek resort life. Designed by Cube Concept with interiors by Hotel IM and Place in Space Architects, the low-slung architecture draws from boathouse geometry and the island’s sun-washed palette of terracotta and stone. Nearly every room or suite features a heated plunge pool, hot tub, or direct access to the property’s Aqua Piazza lagoon.

The culinary program will spotlight Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, whose Michelin-starred restaurant CTC in Athens has earned acclaim for its contemporary Greek tasting menus. At Conrad Corfu, he’ll helm the beachfront fine-dining restaurant, joined by an all-day venue, open-air beach tavern, and cocktail bar. The brand’s “sense of place” approach carries through the art program curated by Nikos Paleologos of Saint of Athens, featuring commissioned works from leading Greek artists such as Kostis Velonis and Natalia Manta.
Wellness will be another anchor. The Conrad Spa includes five treatment rooms, a couples’ suite with private sauna and hammam, and a menu of infrared and snow-therapy rituals. Additional amenities include an indoor pool and fitness studio, tennis courts, and an open-air cinema.

Numo Hotels & Resorts managing director Spyros Kouris described the project as “an alliance of Greek creatives and partners to shape a unique resort that honours its majestic setting.” The collaboration also illustrates Hilton’s confidence in Greece’s high-end leisure market. The group now counts more than 65 properties trading or in the pipeline across the country, with other luxury entries including Conrad Athens The Ilisian and Hilton Chania Resort & Spa.
Positioned near Lefkimi Port and within easy reach of the UNESCO-listed Corfu Old Town, the resort joins a growing number of developments reshaping Greece’s island luxury landscape—this time with a brand known for global polish.
