MGallery has expanded its boutique collection with the opening of L’Isle de Leos Hotel & Spa in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, bringing the Accor-owned brand’s narrative-driven ethos to one of Provence’s most poetic enclaves.
Set among the region’s lavender fields and vineyards, the 49-room hotel (including 11 suites) blends art, gastronomy, and design in a way that feels distinctly of its place. Interiors by Jean-Philippe Nuel feature frescoes, sculptural installations, and antique finds sourced from local artisans and the village’s famed markets. A rotating sculptural wheel nods to the historic water mills that once powered the town, while terracotta-tiled artworks and a mirrored pool carry the design language outdoors.

Rather than relying on postcard Provençal tropes, L’Isle de Leos refines the region’s familiar cues—artisanship, gastronomy, and landscape—into something quieter and more intentional. The hotel’s culinary program, led by chef Yon Masurel, centers on ingredients from Domaine de Leos, the olive oil estate founded by French entrepreneur Patrick Bruel. At La Roue restaurant, Masurel translates the terroir into what he calls a “bistronomic symphony,” pairing local honey, olives, and herbs with refined plating and contemporary technique.
The brand’s wellness philosophy also finds a natural extension here: L’Olivier de Leos Spa incorporates “oléothérapie,” a treatment approach based on olive-derived botanicals. The spa’s treatments use olive oil and botanical extracts sourced from Domaine de Leos, extending the property’s local partnerships into wellness.

For meetings and small retreats, two discreet salons accommodate up to 60 guests, making it a quiet alternative to Provence’s busier conference resorts. Yet it’s the brand’s “M Moment” that most clearly defines the experience: a series of seasonal immersions—from grape harvests to truffle hunts—crafted around the rhythms of local life rather than curated spectacle.
With rates starting at 350 euros for rooms and 650 euros for suites, L’Isle de Leos offers an elevated yet grounded expression of Provençal hospitality, one that aligns with MGallery’s push toward intimate luxury rooted in storytelling rather than scale.
