The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas has opened following a year of renovations that remain ongoing and total $55 million.

The reimagined property is the newest addition to Marriott International’s Ritz-Carlton brand. The company acquired the hotel in 2022 and began renovating, including revamping its 427 guest rooms and adding dining venues and other amenities.

“The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas is a highly anticipated addition to the brand,” said Jamie Kerr, vice president and global brand leader of The Ritz-Carlton. “The property presents a wonderful opportunity to savor Texas’ natural landscape while indulging in luxurious accommodations, all while maintaining access to the city—a unique offering that we are delighted to provide our guests.”

Located in the scenic Las Colinas Hills, just minutes from downtown Dallas, the new luxury hotel occupies 400 acres of a former family ranch that has historical significance in the city. The property has an 18-hole golf course and is next door to The Nelson Sports and Golf Club, which offers opportunities to engage in other activities such as tennis, racquetball, yoga, cycling, and more.

The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas has 80,000-square-feet of brand-new meeting and event space and a new lobby bar, Bar Jupiter. The hotel will also open its signature The Ritz-Carlton Club and The Ritz-Carlton Spa, as well as dining options including Knife Italian and Campo Coffee & Provisions.
