Regent Seven Seas Cruises will introduce a new personalized air-planning service, Air Concierge, beginning April 1 for guests in the United States and Canada.
The program allows guests to work with a dedicated team to arrange flights that align with their cruise itineraries, including preferred airlines, cabin class, flexible travel dates, routing options, and seat assignments. The service is designed to coordinate air travel with cruise departures and to offer additional support before and during the journey.
Air Concierge will replace Regent’s current Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare air option in the United States and Canada. Unlike traditional cruise air programs that rely on fixed pricing set well in advance, the new program uses real-time airfare when arrangements are made, allowing for a broader range of routing and cabin-class options at the time of booking.
“This program expands the meaning of the unrivaled Regent experience by offering a more personalized, flexible, and confidence-driven approach to air travel,” said Wesley D’Silva, the president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Our guests place great value on seamless experiences from the moment they begin their journey, and Air Concierge has been crafted to meet that expectation with dedicated expertise, greater choice, and benefits that truly reflect the Regent standard. We look forward to supporting our guests and Travel Partners with a program that elevates every detail of the journey.”
Guests will be able to access Air Concierge planning based on suite category and loyalty status. Travelers booked in Concierge Suites and above, along with Seven Seas Society Platinum-level members and higher, will receive access 270 days prior to sailing. Guests in Serenity Suites and below, as well as those with Gold-level status or lower, will be able to begin planning 240 days before departure.

To begin the process, guests pay a $125 per-person deposit, capped at $250 per suite. The deposit is applied to the airfare if the itinerary is accepted. If the guest declines the proposed flights, the deposit is converted into shipboard credit that can be used during the voyage.
The program also includes up to $500 per suite in Blacklane private chauffeur credits, which can be used from 10 days before the cruise departure through 10 days after the voyage ends. Complimentary coach transfers between the airport and ship are also provided on embarkation and disembarkation days.
Regent operates a fleet of seven ships, carrying between 496 and 822 guests. The line sails to more than 550 destinations worldwide, with an eighth vessel, Seven Seas Prestige, scheduled for delivery in late 2026.
Air Concierge bookings will open April 1, 2026, for eligible sailings.
