The Turks and Caicos Company, a Providenciales-based luxury travel and real estate concierge firm that manages high-end villa stays, destination logistics, and on-island services, has expanded its portfolio to include private island vacations across Ambergris Cay, COMO Parrot Cay, and Pine Cay. Led by the islands’ former director of tourism, Pamela Ewing, the company is now offering access to the three private islands for 2026 travel through its booking and concierge platform.

Now, three very different private-island experiences are brought together under a single point of access. Ambergris Cay, a privately owned island spanning more than 1,100 acres, operates as a self-contained destination with its own private airport, beachfront villas with pools, a full-service spa, and an all-inclusive dining model. The island’s logistics are designed around direct arrivals and on-island mobility, eliminating the need for transfers through Providenciales.

COMO Parrot Cay adds a long-established resort model to the mix. The island is home to a collection of beachfront houses, private estates, and hotel-managed accommodations, anchored by its wellness infrastructure at the Shambhala Retreat. While Parrot Cay has long been known for its privacy-first approach, the inclusion in the Turks and Caicos Company’s portfolio formalizes access to its residential-style inventory alongside traditional resort stays.

Pine Cay rounds out the trio with a markedly lower-density profile. The island is set within an 800-acre nature reserve and offers a limited number of beachfront cottages and homes along a two-mile stretch of sand. With no commercial development and a focus on conservation, Pine Cay operates on a small scale, favoring extended stays and a minimal footprint over volume.

Operationally, the expansion positions the Turks and Caicos Company as a centralized booking and on-the-ground coordination hub for travelers looking to combine or compare private island experiences within the same destination market. The company manages trip planning, in-island logistics, and concierge services, including private chefs, spa programming, and, where feasible, inter-island excursions.

Inquiries for the new private island stays are now being accepted for travel beginning this year, with availability dependent on each island’s limited inventory and operating calendar.
