Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas has appointed Kelley Moreton as general manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience within Four Seasons to the brand’s non-gaming, non-smoking property on the Las Vegas Strip.

Moreton steps into the role after most recently serving as general manager of the Scottsdale property, where she led the desert resort for more than seven years. Her new appointment has her overseeing day-to-day operations at a hotel that occupies a distinct niche in Las Vegas hospitality, operating separately from the city’s casino-driven resorts, yet remaining directly connected to the Strip.

A native of New Zealand, Moreton began her Four Seasons career at the former Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf, where her early roles spanned housekeeping, front desk, concierge, conference services, and front office leadership. Over the years, her career has taken her across key U.S. and resort markets, including Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, and Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, where she held senior rooms and hotel management positions.

At Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, Moreton will oversee a property known for its discreet positioning within the Mandalay Bay complex, offering direct access to the Strip alongside a quieter, residential-style environment. The hotel’s non-smoking, non-gaming model has long attracted guests seeking proximity to Las Vegas entertainment, sports, dining, and convention activity without immersion in a casino floor.

According to the company, Moreton’s priorities include strengthening guest recognition and personalization while continuing to position the hotel as a gateway for both first-time and returning Four Seasons guests. Her leadership approach emphasizes mentorship and team development, with a focus on building internal pipelines for future leaders across the brand.

Moreton is a graduate of Cornell Executive Education in Ithaca, New York. She is based in Las Vegas with her husband.
