The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón has completed a multimillion-dollar transformation, unveiling redesigned accommodations and public spaces, an upgraded Club Lounge, a new event venue, and three new culinary concepts.
Led by Parker Torres Design, the renovation brings a lighter, more residential feel to the Southwest Florida resort, drawing inspiration from the region’s mangroves, the property’s Audubon-certified grounds and birding trails, and local craftsmanship.
The refreshed lobby replaces darker wood finishes with natural light and warm neutral tones. Rich wood accents, organic marble inlays, and a custom alabaster chandelier anchor the space, while turned-wood screens provide views into Palmera, the resort’s new restaurant and social hub.

Guest rooms and suites have also been redesigned with a residential estate aesthetic, incorporating earthy textures, nature-inspired patterns, and locally influenced details.
Instead of a desk, guests will find curved settees and built-in dining areas, while room entrances feature a signature “treasure box” bar niche framed by woven shell wallcoverings. Custom murals, light oak nightstands with woven rattan details, and palm-patterned carpets complete the redesigned guest rooms.
The Presidential Suite serves as the centerpiece of the new accommodations. The multiroom suite combines charcoal, deep green, and coral tones with preserved green marble flooring. It includes a grand entry vestibule with carved wood panels, a dedicated bar lounge, a dining room with a custom banquette, and a primary bedroom with a dressing room and artisan textile installations.
The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge has also been reimagined, incorporating rust, gold, and amber tones alongside maritime-inspired artwork, woven rope-and-rattan banquettes, and custom millwork.

The transformation introduces three new food and beverage concepts centered around Florida coastal cuisine and locally and regionally sourced ingredients.
Palmera is the resort’s new destination restaurant and bar, led by Executive Chef Jared Young. Dishes include Florida blue crab toast with grapefruit aioli, an Espresso Lobster Cocktail served tableside with aromatic smoke, and yakitori-grilled roasted chicken with Datil pepper Basquaise ragout. The restaurant also serves daily regional seafood selections and desserts such as a tableside-torched strawberry pavlova.
The restaurant’s design centers around a dramatic bar topped with orange quartzite and accented with antique brass palm-leaf lamps.
Adjacent Café Fenrose serves as an all-day market and espresso bar, with a design featuring butter yellow, mint, and cream tones, terrazzo flooring, and custom striped packaging.

The renovation also adds Swaying Palm, a new 2,700-square-foot event venue overlooking the resort’s championship golf courses. Designed for weddings, galas, and corporate events, the space features raw metal accents, alabaster lighting, and custom shell-inspired artwork.
Beyond the new additions, guests will continue to have access to the resort’s recreation offerings, including two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman, Har-Tru clay tennis courts and instruction at the Mouratoglou Tennis Center.
The property also features The Reservoir pool complex, along with biking and walking paths throughout its grounds.
